Mother’s Day Celebration
- May 2024
In order to celebrate Mother's Day in May, our students gather to create beautiful Mother's Day cards, pouring their love and creativity into each masterpiece. Once the card is completed, our students take a moment to write their home addresses on the envelopes. We then go on a walk to the local post office, where our students have the opportunity to discover the role of community workers, purchase stamps, and place their cards in the mailbox. It is a remarkable event that allows our students to express their gratitude and make their mothers' day extra special!
Science Museum Visit
- May 2024
Students enjoyed a visit to the Science Museum. They went on a tour called, Science Fiction: Voyage to the Edge of Imagination. Students explored fantastic exhibits related to space and science fiction works (e.g. aliens, sleeping cabin, space suits, and Iron Man). At the end of the visit, they spent some time decorating a wooden model of Sun-Moon-Earth.
TCI Candle Workshop
- April 2024
During the workshop, students learn to create candles from scratch. They acquire different techniques, such as placing a wick on the container, melting the wax to the perfect temperature, and pouring the molten wax into the container. They also add lavender fragrance oil into the wax, and package their handcrafted candles. This immersive experience not only enables students to explore the art of candle making, but also helps them hone their skills and creativity.
